Job description Team Leader Sales
We are looking for a smart, Passionate, highly skilled Team Leader (Tele Sales BPO Outbound Process) to be a part of our Tele Sales team which are capable to handle team of 20 to 25 Tele sales Executive.
Roles and Responsibilities
1.Facilitate direct sales by instructing tele sales executives to potential customers and encouraging them to make sales.
2.Ensure that customers are treated cordially and are held in high esteem in order to make them patronize the company continuously.
3.Create good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work in order to achieve maximum results on daily basis.
4.Evaluate sales records by Delegate tasks and set deadlines, oversee day-to-day operation, Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
5.Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.
6. Create incremental revenue through upselling, custom opportunities.
7. Conceptualize/develop the Tele Sales strategy with their Sales Manager including sales training, scripting, campaign timing, sales forecast, campaign tracking.
8. Manage the implementation of continuous Tele sales improvements including benchmarking with good retention rates.
9. Manages daily activities of Tele sales executives and Representatives to get the maximum results and Able to provide accurate reporting and forecasting of sales.
10. Exceed targets and challenging KPIs.
12. Should be able to Control attrition.
12. Ensure all sales activity is recorded in CRM, Dialers and other relevant softwares.
13. Able to visualize sales activities by coordinating with MIS team in sales dashboard on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
SKILLS SET: Knowledge of CRM, Dialer, Video, Data and Telephone Product Services.
ANNUAL CTC – 4.2 TO 6 LPA
EXPERIENCE MINIMUM – 2 Years as a Team Leader (Tele sales BPO outbound process)
