As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at IBEForuM,
you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. You will work within a dedicated consulting team, under the mentorship of experienced managers, and be responsible for generating leads for our unique product portfolio. Your role will involve identifying client needs and matching them with our offerings. Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads and engage with existing and potential customers over the phone.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products from our portfolio.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
Work closely with managers to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions and sales processes.
Work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria: Open to Undergraduates (UG) and Postgraduates (PG) from any specialization or stream. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach with a results-driven mindset.
Compensation & Benefits: Monthly Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
. Annual Variable/Incentives: Up to ₹10,00,000 and above (performance-based).
International Travel: Opportunity to travel internationally every month.

Work Schedule: Morning Shift: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Night Shift: 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM / 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM.
