Job Summary:
Nesa Software is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Female - Fresher) to join our vibrant team in Kochi. This is an excellent opportunity for MBA graduates (preferably in Marketing) who are looking to kick-start their career in the IT/software sales and marketing domain. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, and active participation in business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify potential clients through online research, social media, and networking.
Assist in cold calling, email campaigns, and initial client reach-out.
Client Communication & Follow-Up
Support client meetings and calls along with senior team members.
Build rapport with prospective clients and maintain consistent follow-up.
Sales & Marketing Activities
Participate in the execution of sales plans and promotional activities.
Contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaboration & Coordination
Coordinate with design, technical, and content teams for project alignment.
Ensure clear communication across teams for smooth workflow.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain lead and client databases.
Prepare basic reports, proposals, and sales documentation under guidance.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA (mandatory, preferably with a specialization in Marketing)
Experience: Freshers welcome
Immediate joiners preferred
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
