Job Summary:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive lead generation and client engagement in the B2B space. This role involves researching potential clients, coordinating appointments for the sales team, and building strong relationships to support sales efforts. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
o Research and identify potential clients within the target market, such as procurement or IT heads.
o Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, business directories, and industry networks to find contacts.
o Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and networking to generate interest in the company’s services or products.
2. Initial Client Engagement:
o Contact key decision-makers (e.g., Procurement Managers, IT Heads, HR Heads) to introduce the company and its offerings.
o Present the company’s portfolio, products, and services professionally and persuasively.
o Set up meetings, calls, or virtual demos with prospective clients, coordinating with the sales team.
3. Appointment Setting:
o Secure appointments for the field sales team or senior executives to further discuss client needs and close deals.
o Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and scheduled appointments in CRM software.
4. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts in client companies.
o Act as the first point of contact, addressing any preliminary inquiries or concerns.
o Update potential clients on new products or services as needed.
5. Coordination with Sales Team:
o Communicate leads and appointment details to the field sales team for follow-up.
o Provide the sales team with insights and updates gathered from initial client interactions.
o Monitor the progress of leads passed to the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
6. Follow-Up & Closing Support:
o Follow up with prospective clients to ensure continued interest.
o Assist the field sales team by providing necessary information, follow-up calls, or additional presentations as needed.
o Track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
7. Reporting:
o Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and performance metrics.
o Analyze feedback from client interactions and update strategies as needed.
8. Market Analysis:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to refine lead generation strategies.
o Share market intelligence and client feedback with the team to improve the overall sales approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 1 Year of Experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in a B2B environment).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
