Role Overview:
As a Brand Solution Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between client needs and agency deliverables, driving strategic thinking, creativity, and measurable solutions for brands. This role demands a proactive approach to understanding the client’s business, crafting insightful strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Consultation & Brand Solutions:
· Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges, marketing objectives, and audience insights.
· Develop strategic, data-driven solutions that align with client goals, ensuring ideas resonate with brand identity and market demands.
· Proactively identify new growth opportunities for clients by presenting disruptive and innovative ideas that differentiate their brand.
Proactive & Disruptive Idea Generation:
· Stay ahead of trends, emerging technologies, and cultural insights to craft forward-thinking campaigns and strategies.
· Continuously develop and pitch proactive, bold, and disruptive concepts that help clients stand out in competitive markets.
· Challenge conventional thinking and bring fresh perspectives to campaign ideation and brand storytelling.
Brief Development & Idea Translation:
· Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams, ensuring alignment with creative and media objectives.
· Ensure all campaigns and strategies remain faithful to the brief while delivering measurable impact and innovative solutions.
Campaign Management:
· Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
· Monitor project milestones, resolve bottlenecks, and facilitate collaboration among creative, media, and production teams.
Client Relationship & Brand Building:
· Act as the single point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through consistent communication, trust-building, and problem-solving.
· Provide regular updates, performance reports, and presentations that showcase the value delivered to clients.
· Anticipate client needs and proactively offer strategic solutions before challenges arise.
Insights & Analytics:
· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to develop innovative and forward-thinking brand strategies.
· Use performance data to fine-tune campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and tangible results.
Team Collaboration & Mentoring:
· Work collaboratively with creative, design, and media teams to ensure strategy alignment across all outputs.
· Inspire and mentor junior team members to think strategically and approach challenges with creativity.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Advertising, or Business. (preferred)
· Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in client servicing, account management, or strategy roles in an advertising/marketing agency. (mandatory)
· Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify brand challenges and create impactful solutions.
· Strong Communication: Impeccable spoken and written English with the ability to present ideas convincingly.
· Analytical Ability: Proficient in interpreting data and insights to craft brand solutions.
· Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Negotiation & Problem Solving: Skilled in negotiations, conflict resolution, and client relationship management.
· Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital platforms, market tools, and analytics dashboards is a plus.
