We are looking for dedicated Customer Care Executives to join our team for both Voice and Sales processes. As a Customer Care Executive, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our products/services, and resolving issues effectively. Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in any two South Indian languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Age between 18 to 30 years.
- Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in any two South Indian languages. (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam)
- Ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage.
