We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for assisting customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.

Maintain customer records and update databases.

Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure high service quality.

Collaborate with the team to improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements:

Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome.

Skills: Fluent in English, good communication & problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge is a plus.

Shift Timings:

Boys: Rotational shifts (9 hours).

Girls: Any 9-hour shift between 7 AM - 7 PM.

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand Salary: ₹14,000

CTC: ₹18,000
