Position Title: Customer Service Executive - CHAT
Location: Domlur

Key Responsibilities
• Daily processing of chats received within assigned turnaround time or defined target.
• Awareness of the client’s business, operational activities, and processes.
• Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts.
• Documentation process to be followed as per the training and adhere to timelines.
• Escalates issues and seeks advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
• Minimize customer complaints and escalations by providing exceptional service.
• Understands critical issues and escalates it to the concerned supervisor as necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment.
Skills
• Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks.
• Ability to multi-task or manage concurrent chats, minimum of 3 chats at a time.
• Working knowledge of MS Office with basic excel skills.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and offs.
• Typing Speed: 30 WPM with a minimum accuracy of 90%.
Qualifications:
Education: 10+2 or Diploma or above.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Chat (Preferred someone who has worked in Freshdesk CRM)
