Job Description: We are hiring Customer Support Agents for our Hamilton office. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling calls from both customers and riders, ensuring effective communication and resolution of queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
Address queries from customers and riders professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken, written, and comprehension).
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Open to graduates and undergraduates.
Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of documented experience in any customer service role will be preferred.
Willingness to work six days a week with one rotational week off.
Must successfully complete paid training and certification.
