Key Responsibilities

Requirements for the Business Support Executives.

Designation – Business support executive

Candidates have to attend & answer our customers' queries through calls & Emails related to our Business.

They will be trained under calls, emails & the software we work on.

Good in communication & Fluency in English. And multilanguages

Basic knowledge of Excel

Require 5 agents (Only Female candidates).

Working between 8 am to 7 pm in 2 shifts.

Shift 1 is between 8 am to 5 pm.

Shift 2 is between 10 am to 7 pm.

Self-transportation.

Agents have to be flexible to work in both shifts.

Working between Monday to Saturday.

Week off - Sunday

Most preferred are freshers.

The take-home salary is between 17k per month (for freshers) i.e., can go up to 20k for those who have at least 1 year experience with good communication.
