Job Overview: We are looking for a responsible and empathetic Customer Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the voice of our brand, liaising between customers and the company to solve queries and ensure satisfaction. You will take ownership of tasks and contribute to building strong, positive relationships with customers. Fluency in both English and one South Indian language (Tamil or Malayalam) is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and empathetic manner. • Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring each is resolved efficiently and to the customer’s satisfaction. • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring all information is conveyed accurately and with a positive attitude. • Assist customers with order-related queries, product details, returns, exchanges, and refunds, following company policies and procedures. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and the overall shopping experience to effectively assist customers. • Collaborate with other teams such as logistics, marketing, and product to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality. • Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the system to ensure follow-ups and smooth service delivery. • Monitor and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department. • Contribute to improving customer service processes based on feedback and suggestions.
Requirements: • Basic educational qualifications (Minimum 10+2 or equivalent). • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office , Google Docs , CRM tools etc. • Fluent in English and at least one South Indian language (Tamil or Malayalam). • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers. • Strong empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively. • Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage time efficiently. • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
