Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and courteous manner.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
Assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
