Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, App tickets. - Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. - Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. - Provide information about products and services to customers. - Follow up on customer interactions to ensure all issues are resolved. - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Education: Bachelors Preferred. Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in the field. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Job Timings: Rotational Shift 7am to 4pm 1pm to 10pm Working Days: 6 days of a week Week Off: 1 week of (Rotational)
