Prior on-paper experience in a customer service profile is mandatory
Good command over English with confidence in communication

1. HSC (12th Pass)
Experience: 6 to 12 months
Eligible for: Band 0
2. Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 12 to 18 months
Eligible for: Band 1

Candidates who complete 1 year of continuous service may be considered for Yes Bank
payroll conversion, subject to performance and internal policies.
