3. Ensure that the technician is assigned, complaints are resolved and update the status.
4. The updates to be shared in WhatsApp group
1. Details of AMC and sales lead needs to be added in the group.
1. Below customer details to be maintained in excel regularly –
- Sales
- AMC
- Service/Complaint - reports
- Receipts
- Ledger Balance
- Warranty details
- Sales return
1. Share birthday and anniversary greetings and gifts to A, B, C category customers
2. Ensure google feedback is received from the customers
1. Ensure that the entire details are received from the field team regarding sales or services
2. Follow up from the team and customer on missing details (missing data to be added within 24 hours)
1. Ensure the service forms are filled by the customers immediately after the services are given by the technicians
2. Add the service form details in excel
Yearly AMC records to be maintained mainly for below –
- TRT AMC
- MEQ AMC
- Share the standard message of O/S dues to all the customers
- 20 - 25 calls daily on the list of O/S dues and ask for payments
- Collect monthly payments and other small payments through QR code.
