We are now looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team in Malad, Mumbai.
Provide top-notch customer service and support through various channels (calls, emails, chats).
Respond to customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Process customer requests and guide them through product or service troubleshooting.
Work closely with other teams (sales, technical, etc.) to provide effective solutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and proper documentation of customer interactions.
Meet or exceed KPIs and performance metrics consistently.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Graduate in any stream (Freshers or with prior customer service experience).
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Hindi.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations.
Ability to adapt to rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays).
Team player with a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
Working Days: 5 days working (rotational shifts, including weekends).
Shift Timings: Rotational, may include early, mid, and night shifts.
