As a Customer Support Executive (Voice Process), you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing information about products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Follow company scripts, protocols, and quality standards.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets (if applicable).
Ensure excellent communication and customer service skills at all times.
✅ Education: Minimum / Graduate in any field.
✅ Experience: 6 month to 2 year ( fresher also can apply )
✅ Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English & [Other Required Language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multi-task.
Good typing speed (if chat support is also included).
Work Schedule: / Only Day shifts .
Salary Range: ₹[20k ] per month + Incentives.
