Making calls and resolving queries about our Client’s product. The Customers Engagement will
be mostly over phone or a video meeting and occasionally at customer’s office as well.
• Reach existing/potential customers and understand their business to advice relevant Product
and features as per a predefined script.
• Segregate the Customer data and validate it to make customer calls and thereby build a
complete customer profile on the CRM tool for further process.
• Convey verbal acknowledgments of Product functions/offers basis Customer business for
closing.
• Provide credible response to different types of objections of the customers with use of marketing
content like eDMs, Short Videos, Product information links etc for creating a Customer WOW
experience.
• Make Success call and comprehend customers interest/necessities in a logical form and
handover to Partner to close sales.
• Maintain periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ follow-up reports for zonal program
lead/Partner to infer and act.
• Record customer feedback, other information and Success calls on the CRM tool for future
analysis.
• Maintain cordial relationship with both Internal (Client and Partners) and external customers
(End Users).
• Keeps up quality service by adhering to Program guidelines
