Position: Voice BPO (Escalation Calls)
INTERVIEW WOULD BE CONDUCT VIRTUALLY
Experience: 1 year (preferably in voice BPO)
Job Role:
L2 (Level 2 support)
Handling escalation calls via mail, voice, and chat
Provide solutions and manage service metrics
Communication with customers in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada ( ANY 3 LANGUAGES)
