Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person promptly and professionally.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Update customer records in the system and document all conversations.
Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Logistics) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Handle escalated customer concerns with patience and tact.
Achieve customer satisfaction and performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution time).
