CRO -
1. Will be responsible to take appointment from the customer on service. Post service to take service feedback
2. Telecalling - Calling the customer to sell amc and remind them on the mandatory service.
3. Track the technician on the daily service.
4. Answer inbound and outbound calls
5. Ensure the payment transaction as per company policy
6. Assign calls to Technicians based on appointments
