Responsibilities
1. Work on the tickets assigned.
2. Addressing tickets resolved & closed in timely manner with proper resolution
3. Responsible update of end-to-end status of the ticket, eventually resulting in quality customer service
4. Fluent communication, both verbal and written
5. Must be a tech-savvy person.
6. Understanding the client queries and responds through Calls & Mails effectively
7. Respond to client queries and issues , client database , software quires , add on services
8. Individually responsible for all Pending status
9. Maintaining tickets record , MIS reports and individual performance reports.
