We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Relationship Manager to join our team for Virtualteam Finserv Private Limited in Mumbai at our Bandra (West) location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in any language. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 5 days working during the Day shift.
