Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Address and resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
Troubleshoot technical issues or service-related problems and guide customers through appropriate solutions.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of queries, issues, and resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support) to resolve complex customer concerns or issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering appropriate solutions and following up when necessary.
Stay updated on product features, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
