Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing all reservations and big events bookings
• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding service/food etc
• Providing customers with information about menus, group bookings etc
• Creating end of day reports
• Following up complicated customer calls where required
• Managing all complaints (via Google, DMs, calls, emails)
• Reaching regular KPIs and maintaining service standards
• Recording details of comments, enquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with managers
Job Timings:
First window - 3:00am to 1:00pm
Second window - 4:00am to 2:00pm
Third window - 8:00am to 6:00pm (Only female preferred)
