Job Opportunity: Customer Support Associate (Non-Voice)

(Need minimum 6 Month Chat experience)/international chat experience.

Location: Hinjawadi Phase 3, Pune
Salary:

0-6 months → Up to ₹3.6 LPA
6-18 months (U1) → Up to ₹4.2 LPA
18+ months (U2) → Up to ₹4.8 LPA (No retention bonus)

Job Role:
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll handle live chats to assist customers with billing, rate plans, activations, troubleshooting, and complaints. Your goal? Turn a moment of truth into a moment of delight! ✨

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle inbound customer queries via live chat
✅ Provide accurate & relevant information in the first contact
✅ Own customer issues & ensure resolution
✅ Maintain professional & warm relationships
✅ Support up-selling & cross-selling initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Active listening & problem-solving skills
Team player & relationship builder
Basic MS Office skills (Word & Excel)
Mandatory: Experience in live chat/customer service/telecom
