Good communication skills are mandatory.
Any Graduate (Minimum 15 years of education required).
Should be target-driven and comfortable with outbound calling roles (collections/support).
Making outbound calls to existing customers.
Discussing and following up on pending payments or related support matters.
Building good rapport with customers and ensuring effective communication.
Excellent communication skills
Target-oriented approach
Comfortable communicating in English and Tamil(Knowledge of any one regional language is preferred)
Gross Salary: ₹16,300 CTC + Attractive Incentives based on performance.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Week Off: 1 rotational off
Immediate Joining Preferred
