Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll provide solutions to their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience.

Shift Time & Week Off :
For Male - 24x7 rotational shifts (any 9 hours) & rotational week off.
Female - 6 AM - 8 PM rotational shift (any 9 hours) & rotational week off.
