We are seeking a Virtual Patient Relationship Manager (VPRM) to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to current and potential patients. The VPRM will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to doctor and specialist information, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns. This role is located within the hospital premises and involves maintaining high professionalism with patients while building strong relationships with each caller.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients seeking information on doctors and specialists, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns.
Make outbound calls for feedback and follow-up.
Respond to emergency code announcements in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain high professionalism with patients while attempting to build strong relationships with each caller.
Update patient data in the patient service database after each call.
Maintain regular communication with the management team.
