Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with 1+ years of experience in customer/ Technical Support, who are proficient in English. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Any degree/graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days (Monday to Saturday) in General shift.
