Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and providing excellent support to our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone calls in a professional manner.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints/issues effectively.

• Meet or exceed performance targets (KPIs) such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

• Follow company communication scripts and standard operating procedures.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English communication skills (US/UK accent is a plus).

• Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduates preferred.

• Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs.

• Basic computer and typing skills.

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
