Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0-3 years of experience in customer service or tele calling, who are proficient in Hindi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day (8am to 8pm, any 9 hours shift.
