Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Sales Support:
Support the sales team with order processing, quotations, and other tasks.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Assist in preparing sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
Follow up with customers on pending quotes, orders, and feedback.
Technical Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare, review, and approve technical documents and reports.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality standards.
Content Development & Review:
Develop and review technical content for laboratory products, chemicals, and instruments.
Assist in creating scientific literature, brochures, and training materials.
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology)
