We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Executive to become a valuable part of our team for Leom International based in Mohali, located at Sector-73 Mohali. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹18000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to b2c. Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0.5 - 1 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in any language. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
