Position Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and offer products and services.
Maintain a professional and positive tone during customer interactions.
Meet daily and weekly call targets, ensuring excellent service quality.
Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve performance and achieve overall team goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.
Strong communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Work Schedule:
Morning shifts only.
6 days of work per week with 1 day off.
