Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will provide timely, accurate, and friendly support while ensuring customer satisfaction across all interactions.
Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Document customer interactions in our CRM system
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
Maintain customer support metrics and KPIs
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Patient and empathetic approach to customer concerns
