Job Details:

- Designation: Customer Success Advisor

- Location: Pune (Work from Office)

- Qualification: Graduation mandatory

- Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi required

- Work Environment: Work from Office in Pune (Rotational shifts 9am-9pm)

- Special Note: Last logout time for females is 8pm

- Schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational off

- Experience: Previous experience in Motor Insurance

- Process: Outbound Calling (Voice Process)

Responsibilities:

- Handle outbound calls and assist customers with their queries

- Provide clear and informative details about Motor Insurance products

- Meet sales targets and performance goals

Salary:

- Fresher: Up to ₹25k CTC

- Experienced: Up to ₹40k CTC
