Job Description:
Manage and track customer contract/subscription renewals to ensure timely completion.
Proactively engage with customers before contract expiration to discuss renewal options.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.
Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to enhance customer retention.
Address customer concerns, pricing queries, and negotiations to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of renewals, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure smooth processing of renewal contracts.
Provide reports and insights on renewal trends, churn rates, and retention strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Highly motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
