Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering their queries through chat and voice calls. If you're a good communicator, friendly, and have a passion for helping people, we'd love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat and voice calls.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Follow company guidelines and processes to ensure quality service.
Record customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
Requirements:
Fresher’s and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Basic computer knowledge (typing, browsing, using software tools).
Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Prior experience in customer support (for experienced candidates) is a plus.
Shift Timings:
For Male Employees:
Rotational Shifts (Day, Night, Morning, Evening) – 9 hours shift.
For Female Employees:
Fixed Shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
Working Days: 6 days a week (1 day off).
