We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Email & Chat Process Executive to become a valuable part of our team for Swastik Stationery & Xerox based in Hyderabad, located at Himayatsagar. The role offers ₹22000 - ₹28000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to B2B Sales. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with fresher years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in any language. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th Pass is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
