Deliver high-quality customer service through various channels, including phone, chat for the customers of our client.
Resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets.
Work in a dynamic and fast-paced customer service environment, involving online interactions with customers.
