We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Email Chat Support Executive to become a valuable part of our team for Kserve Bpo based in Mumbai, located at Ghansoli. The role offers ₹17000 - ₹27000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 0-0.5 years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Malayalam, Telugu. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 5 days working during the Rotational shift.
