With a requirement for 20+ for the Email Process Executive position, this exciting opportunity is for Tech Mahindra based in Mumbai and located in Saki Vihar. We are looking for motivated and dedicated professionals to join our team to handle customer queries through emails, provide exceptional customer support, and resolve queries related to cibil reports & cibil scores. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹24000 - ₹28500 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer emails professionally and efficiently.

Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints.

Keep records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

Meet performance targets and work with other departments to manage complex issues.

Job Requirements:

This role welcomes only experienced who are eager to learn and grow in the Customer Support / TeleCaller field. The candidate should have good communication skills and be proficient in English. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary. This position requires Graduate candidates and should be comfortable working 6 days during the Rotational shift.
