Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction on the ground. This role combines active field sales with on-site customer support, making it perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and solving problems in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Activities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Promote ZUCOL's products and services to potential clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

• Conduct product demos and presentations at client sites.

Customer Support (On-field):

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.

• Provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and product training as required.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate when necessary.

• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality and product development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

• Basic technical knowledge to support customers effectively (training will be provided).
