Job Requirements:
We are seeking candidates with 0-4 years of experience in customer service or tele calling, who are proficient in English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada . The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A 12th or any graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 5-6 days of working during the day and rotational shifts.
