We are seeking a motivated and professional International Customer Support Executive to join our team for Devdort in Ahmedabad at our Makarba location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to BPO. The role offers ₹25000 - ₹40000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Answer incoming communications from customers via email and chat
Connect and resolve issues with customers using email and chat
In certain cases, conduct outbound calls to partners and customers
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in English. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires a candidate who is willing to work 5 days during the rotational shift.
