We are seeking a motivated and professional International Non Voice Process Executive to join our team in Bangalore at Hebbal location. This role involves handling Chats, Emails, Doc Verification , providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Banking. The role offers ₹30000 - ₹35000 (negotiable based on experience) and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet performance targets, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 0.6 - 6+ years of experience in customer service, Chat Support , KYC verification executive , role and should be proficient in English language. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 5 days working during the Night shift.
