Job Summary:
The Visa Consultant is responsible for providing customers with expert guidance on visa application processes, ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner. This role requires staying updated with the latest immigration laws and policies to offer accurate advice and support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their travel plans and visa requirements, providing tailored advice for various visa categories such as tourist, business, work visas.
Documentation Assistance: Assist clients in gathering, reviewing, and organizing necessary documents for visa applications, ensuring completeness and compliance with embassy or consulate requirements.
Application Processing: Prepare and submit visa applications on behalf of customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specified timelines.
Regulation Compliance: Stay informed about current immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide customers with up-to-date information and guidance.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers, updating them on application statuses and addressing any concerns or queries promptly with existing guests and customers.
Liaison: Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities to facilitate smooth processing of visa applications.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, application statuses, and any other relevant information in the company's database.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or complications that may arise during the visa application process, providing alternative solutions when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Travel Management, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or a related role within the travel industry.
In-depth knowledge of visa regulations, application procedures, and immigration laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and authorities.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple customer cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to visa processing and record-keeping.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Working Conditions:
Work Days : Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00am to 7:00pm
Occasional travel may be necessary for liaising with embassies, consulates, or attending industry seminars and workshops.
