Required English and Hindi language

Timing - 9pm to 5am ( Night Shift ).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers.

• Provide timely, effective, and high-quality customer support.

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

• Provide product or service information and offer solutions to customer problems.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Ensure that all customer issues are resolved to satisfaction and within company guidelines.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper issue resolution.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated queries and enhance service quality.

• Meet performance and quality standards, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (US accent preferred).

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a voice-based process.

• Ability to handle and resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to multitask, work independently, and be part of a team.

• Flexibility to work in shifts (night shifts may be required).

• Knowledge of US culture and practices is an advantage.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a voice-based process for US clients.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
