Pre-Sales Consultant

Location: Navi Mumbai

Qualification and Experience: 

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telemarketing.

• Experience in handling inbound and outbound sales calls.

• Minimum SSC or HSC required from a recognized University

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.

• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends .

• Experience with CRM systems.

• Ability to work effectively with the sales and marketing teams

• Ability to understand and resolve client issues.

Job Description :

• Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements.

• Engage with potential clients through various channels (phones or emails) to explain project details and encourage site visits.

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations  and proposals that highlight the value proposition of real estate projects.

• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.

• Maintain and update the CRM system to track interactions and ensure effective follow-up

• Coordinate and facilitate site visits for potential clients, ensuring a positive experience.

• Follow-up with the clients after site visits to address any questions, resolve concerns and encourage bookings.

• Develop a deep understanding of the real estate projects, including pricing, inventory and features.
